Courier Solutions has networks to all commercial centres of Botswana, namely Maun, Francistown, Palapye, Mahalapye, Selibe Phikwe, Orapa and Ghantsi. This enables us to deliver to all other outlying points around Botswana.

Should we fail to excite you, our Customer Service Charter allows you to directly contact Botswana Communications Regulatory Authority.

To ensure your comfort remains when the unknown happens, we encourage you to declare and ensure the correct value for your goods upon signing our waybill to guarantee the total reimbursement of your shipment should the accident/ damages occur. Please always ask for the full coverage of your goods whilst in transit. Should you decide not, a conditioned nominal fee per waybill is only recoverable.

Your business with us is treated with total confidentiality. All our contractual documents are kept offsite with reputable docu-keepers. Top Management only is privy to all company information/documents. Now you are guaranteed your privacy.
